April 19, 2025Generally no major issues living here so far.. Leasing staff is very friendly (dog loves greeting them) and the maintenance staff is very friendly. We have some nice general amenities like a small gym and roof terrace. We don't have huge areas so sometimes the gym equipment you want to use is being used and the roof top area is small compared to the much larger apartments in the area. The location is pretty nice however. It is close enough to walk to half street where the bars and restaurants ...are as well as the stadiums, yet far enough away it is generally quieter than those apartment spots. The National Mall isn't a far walk away either. I do wish I had a little more apartment room, but that's DC for you.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2025Great apartment in a great location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of bikes and scooters to get around. I had a few issues when moving in but the leasing office has been very helpful getting things resolved.Property Manager Responded

February 14, 2025A pretty good building. Brand new construction. Leasing agents, maintenance, and staff are very kind and do a great job. Although it was expensive to use due to my background having little credit built at the time, I appreciated having TheGuarantors as an option for a co-signer to be approved to live in this beautiful community. Beautiful workout room. Leasing agents host many creative community events. This complex is big on energy saving ($$) and efficiency! For example, one of your bathroom ...lights are sensor lights. As for cons, it is not an extensive rooftop hangout area like other places I have lived in, just a cute hangout nook overlooking the capitol and enough space to walk to a corner if you need some fresh air. They also do not have a pool. Parking can be tricky for drop offs and guests you have. Last, they do not allow residents to use the loading dock outside of the business hours from 9-5. Overall, great building. Walking distance to the wharf or navy yard!Property Manager Responded
