August 21, 2025So far the community is great! As a student I would appreciate later hours for the study rooms on the 12th floor as the gym has 24 hr access, I was hoping that the study rooms would be available for longer hours.Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2025The complex has had several ups and downs over the years. Management being the main one but has since improved over the past several months. Since approximately September 2024 we’ve had consistent staff in the leasing office that seem to be doing a great job with the property so far. The other main problem that is still an issue is parking and price for parking. The parking gates do NOT work half the time and we pay a ridiculous amount especially when we first moved in parking was not nearly as ...expensive. Me and my partner each have our own cars and are both on the lease agreement and pay $250 PER MONTH for parking which is insane. This is definitely something the area supervisor/ownership needs to work on.Property Manager Responded

Beware! Overcharging for Basic living.
March 19, 2025Please, do yourself a favor and pass this one up. The leasing team will be so warm and bubbly during the tour but it will quickly decline as soon as you pay your app fees. This place is a real circus with the manager being the head clown. You will know her when you see her. It's very expensive to live here and there is NOTHING LUXURY about it. The garage doors stay broken with your vehicle exposed to theft. We had a car stolen and they were not forth coming with any assistance or with camera ...footage. I believe the cameras are props or not recording. The elevators take turns being down and this is a very BUSY building. Because of that, they have incentivized themselves on the lack of public parking and will charge your guests $4 to park for a couple of HOURS and boot them for $75. They made changes to something every year. The tenants new parking situation was recently updated and of course, they passed the cost of that, like everything else, on to the tenants by having to buy a parking permit, renewable annually. Why if I already pay an outrageous $200+ for 2 parking spaces? The building is furnished nicely due to the recent update. Previously, it was dingy and drab. The apartments are spacious and well built, but THAT'S IT!! The constant turnover and changes makes this place a huge disappointment. The staff here are a bunch of unprofessional, and un-service oriented people. A LOUD MOUTHED, ignorant and belligerent MANAGER that will one day meet with the right person, at the right time because she certainly pushes all the right buttons. RAM management company is predatory and constantly comes up with ways to money grab. We paid close to 3k for a 2/2 including over $400 in additional fees. No real concierge (call them receptionists, best. They come in late and leave early) so packages are lost and/or stolen with no accountability or empathy. This place is not what it seems so BEWARE!! Ask the guest while on tour for honest feedback. After 3 years... I am so happy to say good riddance.Property Manager Responded

Do not move here
August 20, 2024I have resided at Venue Brookwood since early 2022. This community is incredibly disorganized and the turnover rate is absolutely appalling. There have been numerous issues with pests, cleanliness on the property, break-ins, and now parking problems. The current Property Manager, Dominic, is extremely unprofessional. I was allocated a parking spot (I have an email confirming it from the Assistant Property Manager) and recently they assigned a spot to someone who just signed a lease with the ...community. When I informed the Assistant Property Manager, Kemo, that someone was parked in my spot, he assured me he had addressed the issue with the tenant. However, to my dismay, the same person was parked in my spot again a day or two later. When I raised this issue with Dominic, he simply told me my parking spot had been changed and threatened to tow my car without any prior notice, email, or phone call. This lack of communication puts my car at risk of being towed as I am forced to park in random spots. Additionally, guests are required to pay $12 for parking for 24 hours, while I pay $100 a month for parking. Being asked to pay extra for any reason is completely unacceptable. During community tours, they present Venue Brookwood as much better than it truly is. They are pushing for 5-star reviews, but please be aware that these positive reviews are from people who have only toured or recently signed their lease. Speak to long-term tenants for a realistic view of the community. After reading through the reviews, it is clear that most of the negative feedback is accurate. Save yourself the time, money, and energy by avoiding Venue Brookwood. It is definitely not the place to be.Property Manager Responded
