January 18, 2026The leasing agents, concierge, and management are very helpful. Move in date was a bit hard because we had a late move in and could not reserve the elevators. They are very quick to boot the cars in the community as mine was booted and I was in my parking spot but never received the email to register my car. Then the next day my parking garage card stopped working so I was locked out of the parking garage. Luckily the Concierge was there to Save the Day! She is great and has been very ...helpful. The dog area is not well maintained as people don't pick up after their pets in the evenings. Besides that, the apartment and the tenants that I have had the pleasure of meeting have been great. The apartment was clean with a few minor defects. But in the community's defense on that one, they did do a move out clean and repairs rather quickly to get us in. Therefore, I appreciate all their efforts and look forward to my experiences at the Venue.Property Manager Responded

The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and every request I’ve submitted has been addressed quickly and with genuine professionalism. They’re always polite and committed to making sure everything is functioning perfectly. The property manager, office staff, and concierge team are exceptional. August 21, 2025So far the community is great! As a student I would appreciate later hours for the study rooms on the 12th floor as the gym has 24 hr access, I was hoping that the study rooms would be available for longer hours.Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2025The complex has had several ups and downs over the years. Management being the main one but has since improved over the past several months. Since approximately September 2024 we’ve had consistent staff in the leasing office that seem to be doing a great job with the property so far. The other main problem that is still an issue is parking and price for parking. The parking gates do NOT work half the time and we pay a ridiculous amount especially when we first moved in parking was not nearly as ...expensive. Me and my partner each have our own cars and are both on the lease agreement and pay $250 PER MONTH for parking which is insane. This is definitely something the area supervisor/ownership needs to work on.Property Manager Responded
