April 9, 2026The apartments themselves are nice. I don’t have noise issues. I don’t see bugs. The amenities are nice. There’s a lot of turnover in the leasing office, but the current group seems to be here to stay. My only complaint is communication. Issues occur and I find out inadvertently. For example, the exit gate for the 1st level parking garage wouldn’t close for months. I noticed the edge of the garage door looked damaged and figured that was why. They didn’t communicate that this took place nor a ...timeline for the solution. There was a car break-in as well. I happened to see the maintenance team sweeping glass and he informed me there was a break-in. Communication issues like this erode trust. If the elevator is down, I should know the moment it’s reported. Ultimately, communicating about issues throughout the building with a plan for a solution and a projected timeline would take my experience from good to great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Experience Touring
March 13, 2026I had a great experience touring Venue Brookwood Apartments. The amenities were excellent and really set the property apart. The rooftop lounge was definitely my favorite feature—it offers a beautiful space to relax, socialize, and enjoy the views. It felt like a true extension of the living experience rather than just an extra amenity. Another thing that stood out was the security. It’s clear that safety is taken seriously here, which provides a lot of peace of mind. From the building access to ...the overall atmosphere, everything felt well-managed and secure. Also the Assistant property manager who led the tour was a pleasure to talk with, I was very impressed with her, unfortunately I can’t remember her name I would absolutely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a well-appointed community with great features.Property Manager Responded

January 18, 2026The leasing agents, concierge, and management are very helpful. Move in date was a bit hard because we had a late move in and could not reserve the elevators. They are very quick to boot the cars in the community as mine was booted and I was in my parking spot but never received the email to register my car. Then the next day my parking garage card stopped working so I was locked out of the parking garage. Luckily the Concierge was there to Save the Day! She is great and has been very ...helpful. The dog area is not well maintained as people don't pick up after their pets in the evenings. Besides that, the apartment and the tenants that I have had the pleasure of meeting have been great. The apartment was clean with a few minor defects. But in the community's defense on that one, they did do a move out clean and repairs rather quickly to get us in. Therefore, I appreciate all their efforts and look forward to my experiences at the Venue.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2025My first apartment and it’s pretty great. I have no issues besides there only being one elevator sometimes but not often. Maintenance is great and my requests are fulfilled next day.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2025So far the community is great! As a student I would appreciate later hours for the study rooms on the 12th floor as the gym has 24 hr access, I was hoping that the study rooms would be available for longer hours.Property Manager Responded
