Just stay away. I don’t even know where to start…
First the front staff seemed unbothered and a bit flippant about leaving good first impressions on future residents. Second the original unit I applied and got keys for was NOT move in ready like at all. It was infested with roaches, some as large as my palm. Multiple in the kitchen and bathroom area. simplest of things, like get the paperwork for a unit transfer for example, is almost non existent. Says “I’ll send you an email by the end of the week”, I wait, nothing, I call, they don’t pick up the phone (more on that later).
They moved me to a different unit, this one wasn’t infested with roaches, began the move in process for this one, despite the delay in transfer papers being processed. A week goes by with only cleaning items in the unit… someone broke in and stole my vacuum and other cleaning items. Door had obviously been forced open, back door left unlocked, someone else’s belongings were left in the kitchen and all the cabinets had been rummaged through. I immediately notified the management team, specifically Sarah as she’s the one that I’ve worked with the most.
The phone situation; anytime I call I am sent to voicemail automatically, which they also don’t respond to. There is no way to get in touch with them unless you go in person and request to speak to someone. Now I’m waiting on their response for my lease to be canceled and my fees to be refunded.
All of this happened within 20 days btw. Move in date was the 5th I type this on the 24th. Save yourself the stress and money and avoid this place at all costs.
