Don't Waste Your Time
March 11, 2025It's just okay. We lived there for a year and couldn't wait to get out. The apartment itself was nice enough, but good luck getting maintenance to do a single thing. They'll mark your request as completed within seconds of you submitting it and never actually come fix it. The water is shut off constantly -- and I mean CONSTANTLY! I think we only ever went like 4-5 days, maximum, without having the water shut off for "repairs". The place is also infested with German cockroaches -- they're ...everywhere, and impossible to keep out of pet food, fridges, anything electronic. The complex also sends every single resident at least 4-5 emails a day, always the same thing over and over and over again, and it's incredibly annoying. There's also a LOT of homeless people all over the area, and no gates on the property to keep them out. My car also got illegally towed twice and the complex refused to do anything about it.Property Manager Responded

The good outweighs the bad
August 9, 2024I renewed my lease this year for 2 reasons. One: I really wasn't ready to move yet. Two: The maintenance staff has gotten better over time. I'm loving the work that they do more & more. Susan, Corrine & Ashley are super incredible. They make sure that they try to handle each & every concern that you have to the best of their ability. There are a few things that I don't like about the property but for the most part, I can say that this far the good has outweighed the bad.Property Manager Responded

Despite feeling anxious about the move, they were able to address all of my concerns. Save your time, you will not regret it!
August 1, 2022Edit August 2022 - Three Months into the lease I have grown to hate this place in such a short time! This has not been a pleasant experience due to maintenance issues and nonchalant attitude of the office staff. There is literally only one of a dozen issues that has been addressed the first time it was brought to their attention. You will have to put in multiple work orders for the same issues and it will still not be resolved. Honestly the apartment was not move- in ready when I picked the keys ...up unless their standards is below hell. I did try to overlook it because I knew we were not moving in right away and I had faith it would be taken care of by our actual move in date. I should of known then, I had just purchased a 14 month ticket on the hot mess express! The only way to get a work order addressed, not repaired just acknowledged, is to put it in as an emergency otherwise the work order will be open for well over a week. I had such high hopes after the level of customer service I received during the leasing process.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2021The Venue has a great location and is even decent at resolving maintenance issues quickly, if small, but when it comes to major issues they leave their residents hanging, while charging them for a product they're not providing. Yes, a large storm affected the complex, but charging monthly rent for customers who have been left with unlivable circumstances is not ok, nor is "explaining that others got affected worse than you" an excuse for not taking care of your clients.Review from Apartments.com
