Best tour of all.
February 18, 2025I had a tour of the Venue with Grace Dodd this past Saturday and I must say that it was the most pleasant experience. So many other places are cold and mechanical, but from the very first I found the Venue to be open, warm, and inviting. I enjoyed my tour with Grace very much. She is such a relaxed and relatable professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and was really genuinely interested in making sure I was taken care of. She is the best! Great place to live

Happily Ever After
May 4, 2017My husband and I and our Cavalier King Charles moved to the Venue several months ago and have been very happy living on the top floor overlooking the lily pond. The Venue is very convenient to Main Street where there are numerous restaurants and things to do (movie theater, mini golf, pottery making, etc.) This area of Lakewood Ranch is very clean and the neighborhood is upscale and pleasant. Walking distance to Publix, salons, banks, and almost walkable to UTC, Home Goods, Target, etc. There are ...many really nice people who live here--of course there are always a few bad apples in the bunch. But overall, great people of all ages. Minor drawbacks: Almost all of the dog owners are respectful and clean up after their pooches; some don't. The hallways, walls, and ceilings are not maintained regularly for cleanliness but if each tenant would clean outside their door, it would help a lot. The lily pond could be more attractive (clean out dead debris and some trash here and there). If on a lower floor, it can be noisy from those above. We have found the management very responsive to each of our concerns. All in all a great place to live!Property Manager Responded

NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!! AWFUL!
April 4, 2017Run!!!! After you sign the lease.....absolutely noone will ever help you if there is a problem. The leasing office people, Miranda, should be fired and the managment company should also be changed. They do not check the tenants that they rent to....none. They rent to random people without criminal checks and do not care. They have people sign the lease and then their friends move in (were they just let out of jail?) They cram into the one bedroom apartments....right next to you! ...CONCIERGE" lol...Motel 6 is better!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
