Great place to live!
October 13, 2019The location is great, and the Bullrunner picks up right outside the complex, the front office staff and maintenance are all so nice and friendly! Any time I have something wrong, it gets solved immediately. And the rent is a pretty good price!Property Manager Responded

My Experience
October 10, 2019Living here is pretty great, I moved in for my freshman fall semester and really enjoy it. The apartment is perfect size and has great amenities. I had a few maintenance issues and they were taken care of pretty quickly. Overall happy, just annoyed with the elevator situation as it is constantly broken and having to the four flights up and down every day multiple times starts to get irritating.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2019The location is great being so close to campus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have parties and different events for residents quite often. All of the amenities are in pretty good shape with two nice pools. The maintenance staff does a good job at responding fast to any requests for work. Good apartments for college students
October 9, 2019The main issues with VNC would probably be the maintenance and cleaning of the building halls and some social areas. Besides that, the apartments are nice and comfy with a good laundry system installed. All bedrooms bring TVs. Security cameras should be installed in all hallways since the zone is not the safest. NEVER send your child here!!!
July 22, 2019This place is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Also they lie to you. My son stayed here for a year and was sick multiple times. Come to find out he had black mold in his air return and they won’t take any responsibility for this. They just want to take your money and spew rhetoric about how great this place is. I went to check my son out of his apartment and the outside door which is supposed to be locked was wide open I asked someone about that and they said it is never locked. Problems
September 29, 2015Its a nice apartment but ever since me and my friends have moved in we have dealt with serious problems. The AC has been out every other week and it takes them at least a week to get here and fix it. This is the 5th time we have filled out a request form for it. The washer stopped working and the kitchen is very small for sharing it with 4 other people. Its a pretty area and is really close to USF campus, so that would be the selling point.Review from Apartments.com
