October 29, 2025I’m enjoying my place I honestly am. However, my neighbors ruin the experience they are argumentative and domestic every weekend. I called the authorities and made complaints to the office. With that being said.. without them I would have provided a 5 starProperty Manager Responded

August 3, 2025Good as of now notice that the appliances are on the older side and need replacing. Some of the floor panels are squishy in my unit and need replacing or the entirety of them. Maintenance has been quick and friendly. But Nothing bad as of now.Property Manager Responded

June 21, 2025The amenities need renovation. There are only two grills in the pool area, and one has been damaged for two years, while the other is worn out. The amenities furniture is faded and deteriorated. The entrance gates to the main amenity are damaged and don't lock; they're always open. The pool has a fountain with four jets, and only two have been working for over three years. The lights inside the pool don't work, and the pool is dark. From the maintenance department, the only one who does a good ...job is Spencer! The coffee machine in the lobby is always broken; they don't keep up with maintenance. The gates at the entrance to the community are always damaged and open, which is unsafe for our community. The gardens; there's no grass, everything is dirt and dust. There's no landscaping. They've accepted many tenants who don't pay their rent, and the apartments frequently have eviction notices. We hope that the next Manager and Assistant will be kind, cordial, respectful, and professional.Property Manager Responded
