June 21, 2025The amenities need renovation. There are only two grills in the pool area, and one has been damaged for two years, while the other is worn out. The amenities furniture is faded and deteriorated. The entrance gates to the main amenity are damaged and don't lock; they're always open. The pool has a fountain with four jets, and only two have been working for over three years. The lights inside the pool don't work, and the pool is dark. From the maintenance department, the only one who does a good ...job is Spencer! The coffee machine in the lobby is always broken; they don't keep up with maintenance. The gates at the entrance to the community are always damaged and open, which is unsafe for our community. The gardens; there's no grass, everything is dirt and dust. There's no landscaping. They've accepted many tenants who don't pay their rent, and the apartments frequently have eviction notices. We hope that the next Manager and Assistant will be kind, cordial, respectful, and professional.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 20, 2025So far everything is going good. Been focusing on work lately but the apartment has been working out. Haven't checked out much of the amenities here but the pool was a little chilly when I went in. Some noisy pets in my building as well. But overall nice area just bad signal with my phone so hard to make phone calls.Property Manager Responded

November 15, 2024A Maintenance Manager has joined the team (approximately 2 weeks) and has not been introduced to the community. The guy is doing a very good job, his collaboration in rescuing the community is evident. Some amenities are neglected, the gardens are ugly, it's just dry land with dog poop. The grill located at the pool has been closed for 1 year and 6 months. They only schedule 2 activities for the community monthly and they only do 1 or none. The pool furniture is very old and discolored.Property Manager Responded
