Amazing Place!!
September 19, 2021I have to be honest what makes this Veranda Club an amazing place to live is everyone who works for the community. Shelia (Manager) and Nancy (Assistant Manager) have been heaven sent. Not only are they professional and kind people anything you need they are an email or phone call away. Maintenance is the best they literally work so fast and you can honestly tell they love what they do and value the community. Don’t think twice go ahead and sign that lease you will not regret it.Property Manager Responded

I just LOVE my home!
June 29, 2020First, let me introduce myself. My name is Lorena and I came from Brazil 5 years ago. When you come from a “big change” in life, our priority is our new home and everything matters: location, safety, schools, environment, etc... I have been leaving in another place before but since I step into Veranda Park I felt in my heart that “this is the place” and I couldn’t see other places anymore. But once you are leaving your dailies everything can change and you should adapted with new rulesz. Right ...now I have over 4 years leaving here and I have anything to complain about this place, zero. Actually, they don’t have a pool. But we still have Jacuzzis so we’re good! All the people who works and leaves here are great, the apartments are gorgeous and I only have great things to say about the entire experience. The best apartments in town
January 11, 2018I just moved to this community and I am alredy in love with this place... this complex is full of high end details and the apartments are second to none. The details all around the building make you feel like you are in a five star hotel. But the best about this place is their staff, they are extremely helpful and very friendly & professional, everybody in this community go out of their way to make you feel welcome... so far this place is what I was definitely looking for!Review from Apartments.com
Verandah Park Meets Decadence
August 21, 2015This building is extreme luxury all the way around! Entering the unit w heavy wood arched door one can immediately see themselves living in a high end hotel! From the arched doorways and high end travertine flooring throughout the main areas of our "penthouse" (a 3 bed unit, to the gorgeous granite counters & island w high ceilings and the crown molding to add that perfect finish. Marble tub in the master suite brings yo back to the days of what it would be like to bathe if you were in ancient ...temples. Marble drips throughout our unit and is my favorite accent of all. Another MOST favorite accent piece would be our prized beautifully detailed marble gas fireplace. This may be Florida however, being from up north its a sweet reminder of yesteryears. The garage is a safety feature I would not like to lose, nor losing our elevator seeing I have Multiple Sclerosis and many facilities that offer 3 floor levels, one has to climb stairs and that can be a challenge for me on some days especially when I have to food shop without assistance. Another favorite is my balcony which I have long dramatic curtains that blow in the wind as peek out to watch the stars or fireworks and litem to the beautiful oversized water fountain in our 5 star courtyard! Our building has a work out room and a small social club house one can rent. Another big plus would be the additional storage one can pay in addition to our rent which id very needed when you are a family of 6. Although we dabble w the idea of moving bc space is often limited and the rent will now be raised once again. Better then most...
August 4, 2015We like our apartment & we say that without our fingers crossed behind our backs. Everything is upgraded. There is granite, new appliances, beautiful stone fire place & a marble tub..yes you read that right, a marble tub...The building itself has a Tuscany look to it that makes you feel as if you are living in Italy.. Although, like every apartment, there are some down sides to it. The hallways do need some finished work to them & you never get a call back from the maintainence guy. So try not to ...get locked out of your apartment. You need a key card to have access to the 3rd floor parking, to get to your floor, & to get out of the elevator room to your hall way.. It's good in a sense knowing no one will be on my floor that doesn't belong but can be annoying trying to get your key card out of your pockets when you have a hand full of groceries. But then again, I'd rather be annoyed then unprotected. Overall, this apartment complex is better then most.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
