Great Place to Live
March 26, 2025I recently moved into Veranda Dellbrook and overall, I’m really enjoying my experience here. The staff is fantastic—they're always available and truly work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is due to an ongoing water issue that hasn't been fully resolved yet. Apart from that, I absolutely love my home! It’s spacious, and one of the best features is the privacy; there's no one directly on top, below, or connected to my house, which is a huge ...plus. They’re also pet-friendly, which is ideal for me. The amenities are great as well—the gym and pool area are always well maintained. All in all, I’m very happy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and private living space.Property Manager Responded

Absolute Hell!!!!
December 25, 2024Do not move here!!! Ever since I have been here there has been one thing after the other. The homes are poorly constructed and not ready to move in!! I sent a strongly worded letter with picture evidence of everything that is wrong in my apartment to the property manager and nothing was done. He completely ignored my concerns and to top it all off I can’t sleep in my bed on Christmas Eve because my entire bed room ceiling is leaking!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did please stay away! If I ...could give it zero stars I would because one star is being too kind.Property Manager Responded

AWFUL
September 19, 2024Lots of hidden fees. Lots of insects. My ring doorbell fell off 3 months ago and no one has done anything to fix it. Every time I put in a request, they close it out even though no one did anything. Maintenance staff doesn't do anything. The smart home features (that you pay extra for) don't work. The pool that they've been promising for months is not anywhere close to being done. The drains back up and make everything smell like sewage. They only have 1 dumpster that is always full and stinks ...up the place, even though there is room for 2 dumpsters. Office staff claims to not know anything and refuses to help. They are nice to you when you are touring, but after you actually sign the lease, the customer service is terrible.Property Manager Responded
