Extremely Filthy

I am very disappointed with the condition of this apartment community. The exterior of the property is extremely dirty, including the stairways, railings, sidewalks, and common walkways. The buildup of dirt, grime, and stains makes the property look neglected and poorly maintained.
I have reported these concerns to management and specifically requested that the building be power washed. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or update regarding my request. As a resident, I expect ...
management to address maintenance concerns in a timely manner and take pride in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community.
The lack of communication and attention to these issues has been frustrating. I hope management takes action soon to improve the property's appearance and provide residents with a cleaner and more welcoming environment.
