March 10, 2025I am about to celebrate my one year anniversary as a resident of Veranda La Mesa. I have lived many places over the years and Veranda La Mesa is the best of them by far! I live in a beautifully, completed renovated apartment with a balcony that overlooks Aztec park and Mt Helix. It is a quiet, peaceful community with spacious, well-manicured grounds, and a host of amenities that include four pools and multiple spas, a dog park and dog spa, basketball and tennis courts, multiple laundry ...facilities, a game room and co-working lounge, and a fitness center. I also enjoy our frequent community events, You will never be bored here! The crown jewel is the excellent staff - the wonderful Maria, who goes above and beyond to make your resident experience the best possible; the lovely Kayleigh, who is also a stellar at in her work, to management - Tom - and the maintenance and grounds keepers, it is clear how much everyone cares about the community. I am so proud to call Veranda my home and look forward to enjoying it for a very long time!Property Manager Responded

February 21, 2025I had the pleasure and enjoyment of living at Veranda La Mesa a pong time and look forward to continuing doing so . Veranda La Mesa maintains the grounds impeccably for a prestine appearance. The pool decks have been resurfaced with new furnishings and a nice asthetic look and very comfortable . Management had had the carport structures retrofitted r in compliance with safety standards . Recently all the parking facilities and driveways have been newly paved and parking spaces ...restricted. I really the renovations and upgrades made to the clubhouse .Verandah La Mess is well kept with all the hallways having been repainted , all new carpet in the hallways and new lighting. The location of Veranda La Mesa is great being very well located in proximity to shops , eateries , pubs , a wide variety for a nice dining experience. Grossmont Center Mall which is an outdoor mall within just a few miles away. La Mesa is beautiful place and a very welcoming community , and Verandah La Mesa is right in the middle off it with easy access to all parts. Veranda La Mesa is close to schools , churches, social activities, hospitals, grocery stores and all day to day necessities . In conclusion Veranda La Mesa offers a wide range of options for a quality living experience with a quaint, charming Village in downtown la Mesa at your fing. ertips.
