September 15, 2022Nice contemporary apartments and amenities package. Easy access to all Avalon has to offer. Lease rates are quite expensive for the square footage you get. Parking garage is tight and not ideal for large vehicles. Cell phone reception is poor. Wish the floors had more sound proofing.Property Manager Responded
