I would seriously consider management’s response to resident safety before choosing to live here.
My wife and I reported repeated harassment and safety concerns, including an incident where a racial slur was spray-painted near our parking space. Police responded, and I personally participated in the police report. Despite the seriousness of the situation, we never felt management took effective action to address what was happening.

concerns, but there was very little meaningful follow-through. Larissa communicated with us more, but even after the situation escalated, we were left feeling unsafe and without a real resolution.
Residents shouldn’t have to repeatedly contact management and law enforcement just to get serious concerns acknowledged.
Management was also aware that we had experienced racial issues during a previous tenancy at this property, making their continued inaction even more troubling.
Based on my experience, Terrell, Jennifer, and Larissa’s handling of these issues fell far below what I would expect from property management.
