October 11, 2025Pretty good place to live. Management could be a little more professional in informing tenants of changes. Sending an e-mail on Fridays at 3:00 or an e-mail on the same day whatever change goes into effect is not cool. Examples are gate codes, billing issue in group e-mails that do not even pertain to many tenants on that e-mail (but sent last few hours on Friday so no way to check until a Monday), issues with pool, fitness room closures etc. I understand last minute changes that are out of ...staff's control but many times I am inconvenienced and its not until I get home and see an e-mail sent hours earlier instead of day before.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025I give 4 stars because I love my apartment but the grounds need a little help the gate needs to be fixed the breezeway needs cleaned some of the lighting was fixed but the storage needs lighting on the outside and the carport needs lighting still.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2025Everyone here is super nice including the office staff . The premises are well kept up and clean which can be hard to find in the city and they even have front door trash pick up .
