September 11, 2025Nice 3bd 2.5 bthrms. Work orders put in by leasing staff at move in are poorly reported. Units have a lot of storage space but not enough kitchen utility space. Maintenance team are quick at resolving work orders. Love using the HOA spaces for a small monthly fee for your own convivence.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2025Have been in the complex for 26 years generally safe community had one significant incident of car break in they did not take the car.Staff is friendly and helpful always ready with smile and hello.Grounds are kept up except for those residents who refuse to pick up pet droppings or finish their water and dispose of the bottle on the ground.We are close to schools and shopping so really good for families.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2025Most office staff are not friendly and extremely rude . When calling for maintenance nothing is a rush for them and is never fixed properly they patch the work inside for doing it properly so they just come back again a never ending cycle. The playground on property are not kept up with and sand is now pure dirt not a playground or sand I enjoy my child playing in .Property Manager Responded
