May 14, 2026I have lived here more than 5 years now, and there are neighbors around me who have been here longer, so that that tell you a lot! Nearby to Verano are shopping, food, entertainment, good schools and it is nestled in the beautiful Foothills of Ahwatukee. This area is safe and quiet. March 2, 2026The grounds are overall well maintained. The buildings are older, but have been renovated and kept up to date. The front office staff has always been kind, friendly, and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the grounds and are able to answer questions. Keisha helped me with my move in and she has been awesome!
