March 2, 2026The grounds are overall well maintained. The buildings are older, but have been renovated and kept up to date. The front office staff has always been kind, friendly, and helpful. February 10, 2026Most of my time here has been great with the exception of the recent dryer cleaning delay. I am a widow and have 2 kids at home with very busy lives. Although their was an effort for accommodations to be made the schedule did not align and therefore we had piles on piles of clothes from December until now. I also had to go out and buy certain things at times to keep our lives moving with no disruption. Besides this major recent issue I love my Townhome.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2026Living at Verano Townhomes has been pretty great overall. The space is nice, usually feeling modern and well-kept, which is a big plus. I really appreciate how quiet it generally is; it's nice to have a peaceful environment after a long day. The community amenities are a major highlight. The pool area is fantastic, always clean, and a good spot to hang out during the warmer months. Access to the fitness center is convenient, too, saving me a separate gym membership fee. Maintenance requests ...have usually been handled pretty quickly, which is always reassuring when you live in a managed community. If there's been an issue, they seem responsive about getting someone out. Compared to other places I’ve lived, the experience here has been very positive, balancing good living space with useful perks.Property Manager Responded
