I've lived in many apartments over the years, and this is the first place where management truly prioritizes the resident experience.
What immediately stood out was that they didn't try to maximize every square foot for additional units. The apartments are spacious with tall ceilings, and the layouts feel well thought out. For such a large property, it's also been surprisingly quiet.
The amenities are great, but what I appreciate most is that they didn't just throw in the cheapest options so ...
they could advertise them. Everything is well maintained... the fitness room, grills, pool table, focus rooms, outdoor decks, package room fitting for a property of this size... they all feel like quality additions vs an afterthought.
Parking spaces are a very reasonable size, there's easy access to the highway, and the light rail is about a 10-15 minute walk.
I have to recognize the staff; they are incredible. Everyone has been friendly, responsive, and proactive. On the few occasions there has been an issue, I've received timely emails and property management has even stopped by personally to make sure residents were aware of something that might cause an inconvenience.
