Our experience had mostly been good but bugs are a problem, trash on the grounds at times, trying to get appliances that work correctly has been difficult. Staff is very friendly, townhouse has a lot of room, lots of fun activities to do!

The AC units don’t work in the summer and if you put in a service request they will mark it as completed without ever doing anything. They will also flood your apartment and then do absolutely nothing about the mold.

My apartment has water leaks coming from the upstairs neighbor for about 4mos and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Im so disappointed about it because management said there’s nothing they can do and the walls and ceiling started to sag and has water damage.
