In the 8 years I've lived here at Verde, the maintenance team has been consistently professional, courteous, and very quick to respond. More importantly, the team is proactive in making sure maintenance issue goes unresolved. They periodically schedule appointments to come by and xcjeck to make sure there are no maintenance issues. I moved into a two bedroom, two bath unit less than a month ago, but so far everything has been superb. The management team was incredibly helpful during my application and move-in process. After initial inspection uncovered minor things that needed adjustment, the maintenance team responded within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and within two days all the repairs were complete. Neighbors in the building have been warm and welcoming. The building is clean and quiet. I really couldn’t ask for ...
much more. I only reduced the rating by one star because I would have preferred hardwood or tile flooring throughout the unit and a different type of paint used in the high traffic areas., But these are minor things. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

Worst management team ever

This apartment's management team is terrible. They never answer emails, don't pick up the phone, and take forever to fix any problems. Nothing gets done here. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. The management is completely unresponsive and don't seem to care about helping residents at all.

I lived at Verde for 6 months and during my first move out inspection I was told that nothing was wrong with the apartment and that the carpet which was dirty would be replaced when I moved out. A month later I'm being charged $1600.00 for a carpet replacement which I was not financially prepared for specially during these trying times. Loud, Smoke-filled and No Security

No security, no rule enforcement, no gym. The walls are paper thin, and many of your neighbors will take turns blasting their stereos all day and all night. This is especially prevalent in the 8000 building courtyard as there is an echo that insights them. If you plan to open your windows in the summer I hope you don’t mind smoke. Everyone here smokes something. Legal or otherwise. This location has been plagued with car-breakins, rims stolen and vehicles left on bricks. I have lived here for 3 ...
