I moved into a two bedroom, two bath unit less than a month ago, but so far everything has been superb. The management team was incredibly helpful during my application and move-in process. After initial inspection uncovered minor things that needed adjustment, the maintenance team responded within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and within two days all the repairs were complete. A month later I'm being charged $1600.00 for a carpet replacement which I was not financially prepared for specially during these trying times.
