Its a Decisive NO for Me
November 7, 2025So far this apartment complex has failed on every level. They don't honor their specials, so you'll find charges for rent that was "supposed to be free" on your bill. Secondly they don't return calls. Have made multiple calls to contact them, they refuse to call me back. Thirdly have had a washing machine on the fritz for over 5 weeks, and they have not replaced it, fixed it, and their only response is "we can give you keys to an empty apartment and you can use that one in the meantime". There ...was a service appointment for today, Friday, for the washer which they now cancelled without notice. Looking like they "will not" fix brand new appliances. So this place is a big, big "No" for me as it should be for you.Property Manager Responded

We were forced to leave due to noise level
October 5, 2024Management does not sympathize complaints from upstairs with a couple and their kids. They jump, run, bounce in balls, throw garbage and toys off their balconies and they said they can't do nothing about. Bunch of bullies! They should be running the apartment complex -- not management! They couldn' t make any speedy 1 bedroom apartment available for us, told us we had to wait. They don't care! Good luck with the new tenants under the noise!Review from Apartments.com
