October 1, 2025Not enough privacy people can hear everything you’re talking about in your home the inside of the buildings are filthy stained carpet stained stairwells elevators has pet urine and trash on it as well as the parking lot and building entrance way kids play and run up and down the hallways and something is always wrong with the gate that it caused damage to my car which I brought to the managers attention but has not yet been resolvedReview from Apartments.com

March 19, 2025I've been a resident at Verge for a year and a half, and I'm genuinely impressed with the changes since Sir took over as property manager. The community has seen a remarkable transformation, particularly in terms of cleanliness and overall upkeep. The property is truly beautiful, and the improvements are noticeable. Sir and the team are responsive and dedicated to creating a positive living environment. They even did something special for our birthdays... I mean WOW!
