I love it her at Verge Apartments. It's lovely luxurious and the amenities are superb. I just hope that the children are better informed. The main office staff are really nice and professional Malikh and Jay

so far so good my move in was smooth sailing the only thing is which you can’t control was someone took the fire extinguisher and sprayed the hallway

The community is quiet and friendly very much so clean and kept up each and every day the front desk is very helpful when you need help maintenance is always on time when you need them and when you put in a work order clean up crew come Monday through Friday they keep the hallway clean as much as possible but is up to the tenants to also help

My experience from day one was was great,you no you will run in to some problems but they stayed with me through out it until everything was smooth out and in just love the staff all of them especially Roderick and Brandon and there's a young lady ?? she's always friendly when she answers the phone and when you come in and the manager Miss Shirley and there very helpful

Yes I give them a five star rating because the staff is very professional and they are on point with any situation that is going on here at The Verge Apartments and Maintenance they are next day service with them and they clean up after they finish doing what ever there mission is!!!

Good morning my experience in here at The Verge has been great I have had no problems the staff here is great if you have any problems and you put in a work problem with the maintenance their own point with it they come in do what they got to do they clean up behind themselves if you have a problem up at the front desk they solve the problem right now where you standing there and if they can't they write it down and they come back at at it and let you know if they can solve it or not

Come August 16 of this year I will be here a year and I have enjoyed my living arrangement here at The Verge Apartments The Staff is very friendly and make you feel important and call you by First name like (Ms Melissa) The Maintenance technician guy's are on point you put in a request and the next day or the same sometimes they are there on it it's a nice and safe community to life and they celebrate different holidays with there tenants

They are helpful I have no problem with them if you have a problem they will try to solve it in a timely manner they try to keep the grounds cleans and areas around inside the building clean

Not enough privacy people can hear everything you’re talking about in your home the inside of the buildings are filthy stained carpet stained stairwells elevators has pet urine and trash on it as well as the parking lot and building entrance way kids play and run up and down the hallways and something is always wrong with the gate that it caused damage to my car which I brought to the managers attention but has not yet been resolved

So it’s good haven’t been a week yet we shall see , I love my apartment and my view I have the hot is my favorite already, also the 2 months free rent and 1000 gift card was a plus.
