October 26, 2025Fairly nice apartment and friendly neighbors, however, these apartments are overpriced for what they are and lack amenities. The laundry situation could certainly be better seeing as how an entire 3 story building shares 2 washers/dryers and it costs over $4 for a single load.. We are also very overcharged for utilities. We dont use much water yet have to evenly split/pay for water other units use. We also are charged a hefty "public service charge" every month saying its for things like police ...and street sweepers? Isnt that what I pay taxes for?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 21, 2025The building community that I live in is fairly quiet and peaceful. The staff at Veri are all welcoming and willing to do what they can to assist. August 20, 2025Neighbor above me has a noisy dog but it’s not the worst thing I’ve dealt with, and my car got hit by a neighbor or neighbors friend without a letter or anything just a hit in and run in the middle of the night whilst sleeping, aside from that the neighborhood itself is a nice place and is very close to everything.Review from Apartments.com
