I saw the updated pictures online and took the day off to go and view the apartment and sign a lease. I was informed that only 2 apartments are upgraded like the one they show online. The apartments inside & out looked old.

I hate it here, roaches are everywhere, when I called about leaks the after hours support must not have told the front office the full story about the mold in the air vents, and behind all of all our appliances, and over 700 dollars of property damages. The people in the front office do not care! When me or my neighbors bring things to their attention the office people get snippy and snarky, we have had packages and car parts stolen. All they care about is the money, and what you have to pay ...
versus how you are treated as a tenant is atrocious. The first few months were fine and we had no problems but after that living here is like has ruined my mental health and I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy.

Do not rent here. Management is terrible and they let shady people move in. There have been burglaries as well as vehicle breakins and rims stolen. Domestic disturbances are common and there’s even people with ankle monitors walking around. It’s hard to tell who is in charge here because management and staff seems to change faster than the seasons! Roaches are always going to be a problem no matter how often they spray and how clean you are. We wash dishes every single night and don’t leave food ...

The lady across the parking lot broke windows and threw clothes out on multiple occasions before she was finally kicked out! There’s late night drug deals that happen by the dog park. Law enforcement was called but they were gone before the cops showed up. I called to report some shady people digging in the garbage in the middle of the night and my concerns were brushed aside. The floor plan is nice, the workers are the location is nice, but… the roaches are everywhere and the company they use said they came out and never did, and I don’t keep a messy apartment I clean everyday and the dishes and the trash are always cleaned and taken out. The stove we got with the apartment is pretty bad, took a shower the first day we moved in and the water doesn’t drain all the way and I’ve done everything I know how to try and fix it. Been here for 3 months and the trash service ...
still doesn’t always get our trash. Valet trash is also NOT OPTIONAL so you have to pay that money for them to maybe take your trash. I’ll be happy when the lease is up for sure!

The floor plan is nice and the AC is cold, but that’s about it. With all this pandemic nonsense going on I had to relocate for a job and instead of working with me I was forced to pay 2 months rent for the 60 days notice then a huge fee. I understand paying for the extra month I was packing, but I had to pay a full month rent for a week in July when I won’t even be living there. And the large fee, I understand the lease break but we are coming out of a pandemic and I took a job I could get. The ...
management has no care for the tenants, we are just a commodity. Oh and the fact that there has been many nights I wake up to 4-5 police cars in the complex for god knows what, people running around the complex all hours of the night, and let’s not forget the roach problem. Roaches EVERYWHERE

German roach infestation in 713, moved in and out in less than 42 hours. The office staff was very kind and apologetic except the lexus she kept lying to me and telling me I should stay cause I'd have to pay $2000 plus a few for breaking the lease. We left and got all of our money back. She was standing on roaches while telling me "it's not an infestation". Loud neighbors and all the dogs we saw were pitbulls. Everyone speeds through the parking lot.

Lived here 2 years with my ex gf. Very clean place, very car reliant though. Some loud neighbors but it’s few and far between, at least where I lvied. Lot of maintenance fixes on move in, ruined any chance of my deposit coming back. Dog friendly, have a park and a bunch of space for them to run around. Some neighbors are cool, others are very sketchy, but that’s any apartment complex. Parking is absolutely horrendous if you work late hours, basically no way you’re parking by your building after ...
8pm. Gas Station in walking distance is awesome for convenience and late night snack runs, little sketchy though. Dan’s Pizza is a hop and a skip away, good for a cheap dinner or late takeout and Whattaburger is down the road if that’s more your cup of tea.
Would definitely recommend, if you can afford it.

I’ve been living at The Veridian for about 3 months now, and I can say it’s been SUPER pleasing! Very cozy and peaceful. The pictures do not give this place justice. I love how everything is very convenient, and anything you need is pretty much down the street. I was also super surprised with how great management is, and how quickly they are to get things fixed. My dryer stopped working and i was worried that they wouldn’t fix it fast enough, but I let staff know of the problem and in 30 min ...
