horrible management. Out of a/d for 4 months and couldn’t live in the apartment, but was forced to pay rent. They promised me things would be fixed, and they never were. When I moved out they charged me for everything. Things that I begged them to fix for the year I lived there. Mold everywhere! Beware of this place they need shut down

Once you’ve cleaned up the mold and grime and masked the musty smell good enough to live there, and then put in the effort to clean it before turning in the keys, they will still charge you for cleaning fees. Management is not responsive and don’t care, and In the end, I got charged cleaning fees after leaving apartment cleaner than move in day…. Avoid this place.

I move out of the complex in less than two months and it can not come quick enough. Horrible maintenance team, not a single consistent leasing agent or manager has stayed in office, my move in paper work was "lost", every month with my rent something always goes wrong and I end up with multiple late fees, and multiple parts of of apartment was broken and they still haven't fixed the issues, I waited three months for them to install my microwave/ exhaust fan above my stove, my dining room light is ...

The best thing is the out door area each apartment has it is a must for pet owners! Another plus there are no upstairs neighbors with the townhouses and 1 bedroom apartments!! Very Quiet, clean and cozy property.

We lived at the Veridian Townhomes for 3 years and were extremely happy with our living situation until the last year when they changed management. The management is extremely unprofessional and dishonest in all aspects. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Our AC unit broke several times and each time someone would look at it and say it was fine, as the temperature was 87 degrees and the thermostat was set to 68 degrees for days. We went an entire week in July with no AC. After several ...
requests they did supply us with a temporary unit for the bedroom, which shut off up to 10 times a night and would require you to get up and empty the water out of it. After about a week of the temporary AC, they did replace our unit.
Our water heater also leaked for MONTHS because it was installed incorrectly and was exposed to electricity and it took several visits for them to replace it. Our water bill was through the roof!
The trash is always overflowing and smells awful throughout the entire property. The list goes on and on.
We have since moved out (thankfully) and yet they are continuing to have us pay to replace the carpets and cleaning fees, and tried to give us a fee for moving out without notice (even though we did give notice).

I read all the great reviews before renting (and the few bad ones) and thought since there were more positive reviews than negative ones, it would probably be a nice place to live - wrong!!
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and it’s a nice quiet area. Downstairs has nice “wooden floors” and the upstairs seems to have new carpeting. The bathroom sinks and toilets also seemed to have been upgraded recently. The kitchen counters are nice and it looks like everything was recently painted. ...
Cons: The Place was so filthy when we moved in that I had to hire a cleaning crew to come in. I rented from out of town and falsely assumed the place would be move in ready. All I saw was pictures before I signed the lease.
When the cleaning team came in, even they were disgusted. The laundry room is outside and too small for a nice full-sized washer and dryer. My son had to sweep it out because there were nasty stuck on clothes on the floor and who knows what else. It smelled like a rotting body so he had to pour bleach on it to get rid of the smell.
Other than that the kitchen cabinets are stained on filthy on the inside. The showers were disgusting, one of the shower doors doesn’t work, it’s rusted. Half of the closet doors are off track and need to be fixed. The fridge is rusted on the outside and was missing drawers along with having cracked shelves that look like they were superglued. The sliding door doesn’t have a lock. So many things.
Yes, I called the front office to put in a maintenance request and no one has come. I don’t know where the people live that left the good reviews, but it’s not the same place I live.
If it wouldn’t cost me almost $4k to break the lease and have to bare the cost of moving after just paying all this money to move here from out of state, I would be gone!!

I am here to say if you are not able to tour apartments and are moving from out of state DO NOT pick these Townhomes. I cry everyday knowing that I am stuck in a lease with these crooks. In the pictures on their website everything looks amazing but after moving in my townhouse, it was a disaster. They have fixed a lot of the things I have asked them to fix but these Townhomes are beyond repairable, ...

We offered to credit your rent for any inconvenience you experienced during this process. We were assured by your husband all work had been satisfactorily completed. We also offer pest control every Monday by request. None of our townhomes are 100% enclosed by fencing. This allows our landscaping team access to mow, which is a service we happily provide. Residents are welcome to add their own landscaping to enhance their yards, but we request additions made by residents be maintained by them.
