Way too expensive. Really crappy amenities. Hope you enjoy noise because you will hear every single thing from every neighbor around you – there’s even a clause in the lease that you have to have 80% of the apartment carpeted, on your dime, of course, to try to mitigate some of the noise. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t work. management almost never responds to anything and is rarely in the office.
