Worst ever
May 13, 2024Way too expensive. Really crappy amenities. Hope you enjoy noise because you will hear every single thing from every neighbor around you – there’s even a clause in the lease that you have to have 80% of the apartment carpeted, on your dime, of course, to try to mitigate some of the noise. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t work. management almost never responds to anything and is rarely in the office.Property Manager Responded

New community
September 3, 2015This is a brand new community and at the time of writing (Sep 2015) they are still constructing new buildings. Leasing process was very smooth and the staff were helpful. I rented a 2BBA and it was perfect for us. The stainless steel appliances and the hardwood floor styling looks modern and the wife loves the kitchen countertop. I have so far had 1 maintenance request and it was addressed the same day. Apartment has garages for rent which is not something i have seen in other apartments in this ...area. Parking spots are not free, they charge a small monthly amount. 10 mins drive to Harrison/Newark PATH station is a great convenience for commute to work in NYC.
