The staff is incompetent and extremely slow to respond to problems. They inappropriately took money out of my account and it has been a nightmare trying to get them to correct the problem. I have had to make dozens of phone calls, send numerous emails, and have left many voicemails.

My husband and I have lived at Vermella East now in a 1 bedroom for 1.5 years now and just renewed for 1 more year.
We chose Vermella East because of the: size of the apartment, gas stove, great closet size, good storage, split unit A/Cs, amenities, location and shuttle to the Harrison Path.
I commute into the city via the PATH train 4 days a week and the shuttle is a huge plus.
The quality of the apartment and amenity spaces, the shared spaces and the gym, as well as the outdoor spaces ...
when the weather is nice, are fantastic.
The management is very friendly and professional. They're super responsive, and very helpful. I also have found the maintenance staff to be amazing and very responsive as well.
I'd highly recommend.

I’ve lived at this apartment for a little over a month now and while it’s a short period of time it’s been amazing.
From the start Demetrius was one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever come across. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the community and answered all my questions. He made the move in experience painless and I was so appreciative.
The apartments themselves are amazing. They are spacious, clean, and huge for a one bedroom. All the appliances are top of the line. The ...
community is kept super clean, and is slowly opening up community spaces, including the pool. So far it’s been super quiet. The apartments seem well insulated so far! Packages are in convenient Amazon hubs and open 24/7 which is amazing. Anything oversized goes in the oversized package room and is also accessible 24/7, which is great for those of us with sporadic or long work hours.
There is also a shuttle service to get your to and from the Path during work days. I’m hoping in the future as things go back to normal they expand the shuttle hours and offer more hours in the future (especially afternoon hours).
In addition, I had some issues with my hot water on move in day and maintenance was there right away and it was fixed quickly. They handle maintenance requests promptly.
I’ve lived in a lot of places but I think this is my favorite apartment yet. I highly recommend this place!

The staff who shows the place are awesome one was named Matilda she the best I really enjoyed there showing the atmosphere is excellent as well the apartments are brand new and clean updated space is huge for a one bedroom there price is great compared to other luxury rentals I highly recommend this as someone’s brand new home Im strongly agreeing to go forth with this community love it best wishes
