Great palace to live!
March 1, 2019I just moved here a few months ago and couldn’t be happier. Everything about the apartment and the complex is beautiful and maintained. It’s also so quiet. Even on the third floor, I don’t hear neighbors above or beside me. Also, a big thank you to Janet in the leasing office. She took our countless calls, visits, and questions with the highest level of professionalism. Look elsewhere!
July 9, 2016WARNING.... DO NOT RENT HERE! IF YOU DO GET TOP LEVEL RENTERS INSURANCE!! Do not make the same mistake my family did and get fooled by the nice looking interiors. We've lived here for 6 months and are forced to break out of our lease and move out it's gotten so bad. The construction of the building is flat out horrible. If you live on any floor by the top you can hear every step of the people above you... But that's not the worst part! The construction of the building is so bad we've had ...multiple water leaks in our ceiling where they had to cut it open to fix pipes. Then when they did fix it they left our apartment looking like a construction zone! This happened not once, twice, but three times! Are you kidding me? Our neighbors unit just got flooded yesterday and all of his belongings completely destroyed. Everyone had to evacuate the building at 2am by the fire department and police and go stay in a hotel in which we had to pay for ourselves. We've lived in a lot of apartments and this is been the worst experience by far. Take my advice and rent somewhere else!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
