great place to live!!

This place is an 11/10. Apartments are spacious, landscapers are there at least weekly taking care of lawn etc. Snow is always cleared in a timely manner. Pool is a great plus in the summer, never crowded. We had a small maintenance problem which was fixed within the hour. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. We could not ask for a better experience!

My partner and I have been here for 2 months now. We really like the place it is amazing, it was newly renovated and we can’t wait to decorate it so it feels more like home to us. However, for the past two months, the neighbours that live below us have been doing little things to harass us. In addition to that, on our 3rd day moving in, they Vandalised my partners car and tried to lie to our face when the property camera caught them. We eventually filed a police report, but ever since then those ...
neighbours, especially the man has been trying us. Property manager was good in the beginning of situation but we felt as though they were/are trying to down play the situation & are ignoring us and hardly responds. Wish I can continue to say communication is good but it’s not. Overall though, it’s a pretty good place to be, just have to be careful of these people you live amongst.

I did a lot of research about finding a dog friendly apartment in Western Mass and northern CT and I'm so glad I found this one. I've been living here for about a year and a half and I love it. It's pretty quiet for an apartment and the price is pretty reasonable for the space. The only negatives I can say is that there is no fan in the bathroom and it's right near the water treatment plant so it smells bad sometimes. But overall I am very happy at the Vernon gardens.

We've lived here for a few years now and don't believe we will be moving away any time soon! The apartments are beautiful, laundry facilities clean, and the staff are amazing. The office manager is always available for questions and with maintenance on site, they are quick to come over if their assistance is required. Plus there are 0 hidden fees and their whole complex is so pet friendly! No pet rent or pet deposit is almost unheard of! We love it here!

Very hard to find a place like Vernon Gardens !!
The team there are always on top of their A game in keeping the Up-work of the place. They are friendly, professional, and willing to help with what they can.
It’s been 2 months since I moved away from Vernon Gardens and I must say I miss everything about that community very much..!
The 1 bedroom is spacious and has an absolutely cozy feeling with beautiful views of the water.
It is a very pet friendly place with a trail behind along the water. ...
I’ve spotted a few cool sightings of beavers, rabbits, deers, turtles, frogs/toads, etc.

My wife & I have been for almost a year and have been really happy. We looked at a lot of places before we found Vernon gardens and when we walked into our unit for the first time we knew we were home. Bonus is many amenities are included in rent which wasn’t the case for a lot of the other complexes we looked at.

The price is right, the neighbors are nice, heat and hot water included. My unit was in great shape when I moved in - basically new. If you need anything Jen in the office is very helpful and quick to respond. I've rented in a lot of places and nowhere is perfect. They tick a lot of the right boxes here, though. Very happy here.

During my time at Vernon Gardens over the last year, I had no complaints. The community is pretty quiet and well kept. Heat and hot water included is a plus. Jenny in the office is super responsive and helpful if you need anything or have any questions. I never had to even make one maintenance request. I was in one of the remodeled units and loved it!

After searching tirelessly for a place to rent, I stumbled upon Vernon Gardens. Upon first impression, the apartments looked beautiful and it was what we were looking for.
