Versailles does not shovel the snow. Versailles will turn your water off without advanced notice. The AC does NOT work in several units. The heat doesn't work in others. Management DOES NOT respond in a timely manner. However, they will PRETEND like they have handled issues. Rent at YOUR OWN RISK! Make sure you have the village information on speed dial because YOU WILL need it. Good luck!

My apartment was clean upon moving in, fresh paint & new carpet. Parking lot is always kept clean. Maintenance does a great job when needed to fix something.

I have been here for less than a year and they send out maintenance people who don’t know what their doing at all.. they only put a bandaid over any problems in the apartment. My air conditioner has went out twice in the last week and the maintenance people told me to put my fan on. I would never recommend this place! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

If you want to deal with construction and noise DAILY then move here. The weekends you’re waken up with more noise by lawnmowers and leaf blowers early in the morning for 2 to 3 hours. Management doesn’t care about complaints at all. Management never fixes anything until tenants move out of the apartment. People giving 4 and 5 stars are flat out lying? Or it’s probably management leaving good reviews. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT?

My neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. Maintenance is efficient. Parking lot could be better, plenty of parking. I have been living at Versailles for seven months and it is the best complex I have lived in so far.

They do not fix things in a timely fashion. The apartments are outdated. My paint on my ceilings and walls were chipped. Also, they are very money hungry. They try to suck as much cash out of you as they can and never properly explain the charges. The neighborhood is starting to get bad as well.

Great place to stay, been here since Feb 2011. I had the experience to live in the 2 bed 1 bath with my mom and now I have a studio of my own. Studio’s are very spacious and roomier than the average studio and the 2 bed one bath apartment was also very spacious and roomy. Maintenance men are great and always responsive and quick with work orders. Apartments buildings are well kept and clean as well. The grounds are always being worked on and being improved on appearance. The complex just ...
installed new Washers and Dryers in each building, they work really well. Parking usually isn’t an issue but during the winter it’s best to get home early if you can. They have central air units that work fantastic and spacious rooms and closets.
Also they are lease break and eviction friendly, your deposit will be slightly higher though.
I highly recommend the Versailles apartments!

We have been here since Feb'2015. Management & Maintenance has been incredible, from working with us on a move in date to being quite flexible to accommodate our unique situation. Property is quite and the clean. No Pool :(
