These apartments are horrible. They were so bad that I broke my lease early. I don’t usually break my lease. The rent is too high, they have thin walls, and my furnace kept breaking down. My furnace broke down 3 times, and it took them over a week to fix it. Rocko, the property manger, is very rude. He does not care about keeping his tenants happy. My upstairs neighbors would be partying in the middle of the night, and he did not care. Rocko only cares about collecting the rent. He would only ...
answer his phone to collect the rent. The only good thing about the apartments is it’s location, but you can find a cheaper and nicer apartment around the area
