    The apartments are well kept and clean; however there has been a constant moving of management happening recently which has made it difficult to track consistency. Rent rises year over year with no additional benefit to residents and main gate and elevators are constantly out of order. Repairs are hardly ever done on time due to “parts” or other vendor excuse.     I like the amenities and the building. Couple of things I would like to change are (i) the way they paint the walls inside units (popcorn) and the kitchen faucet. Kitchen faucet has a flow which splashes all over the place. Management and maintenance team is well aware of this issue but they are not taking any actions to resolve the problem. I am not the only one who complained about the faucet.

    I dont have too much to say after the take over from Mill Creek. The Maintenance is pretty slow when I need to call someone to fix something in my unit. Building repairs are faster compared to the last management team. I don't like how guests have to pay for parking.
