Gone from bad to worst
February 5, 2024Been here for almost 4 years now…and things have deteriorated ever since the change in management company. Incompetent. And beware of the constant water/power shut offs and fire alarm testing (I’d say almost once a month)! Plus, a flooded basement p1 garage when it rains. Don’t get smitten by the leasing office - it’s all a façade. Including the reply (which I’m assuming you’ll see it once this review gets posted). Rent kept increasing but the standard kept decreasing. Go somewhere elseProperty Manager Responded

Since that time, the community has transitioned to Greystar, and our team is focused on delivering a more consistent, responsive, and elevated level of service. The disruptions referenced, including periodic utility interruptions and fire alarm testing, were largely associated with the restaurant buildout taking place at the time. While those types of projects can temporarily impact daily operations, they are finite in nature. We recognize that experience may not have felt seamless and appreciate that feedback. Regarding the garage, improvements have since been made to address prior concerns, including water intrusion during heavy rain. We understand how important reliability and overall upkeep are to daily living. It’s appreciated that you spent several years as part of the community, and while it’s disappointing to hear this ...experience, the team remains committed to continuous improvement. August 24, 2023- Rude management, They changed managers in 2022, and the leasing agents/property manager are incredibly rude, disrespectful and do not care for you. - Smoking is an issue, people will smoke all over the apartment and they have yet to do anything about it. - Dogs pee all over the place. - They blare music in the courtyard to try to cover up the sounds of construction they have. This will continue all night long. You will hear music at 3am. - Force residents to move their cars, which will allow ...construction to drill above cars without warning residents.Property Manager Responded

While this review reflects a prior period, the community has since transitioned to Greystar, and our team is focused on providing a more responsive and respectful resident experience. Concerns such as smoking, pet waste, and noise are addressed through community policies and lease enforcement. Our team actively monitors and responds to these types of issues as they are reported, and encourages residents to bring concerns forward so they can be properly addressed. In regard to the music mentioned, the courtyard is occasionally activated with low-level background music during certain hours to enhance the shared space. Volume levels are intentionally kept minimal, and music is not permitted to continue late into the night. Construction and other conditions referenced in this review occurred under prior management, and we cannot speak to how those ...impacts were handled at that time. Don’t move here if you value a good package delivery system
June 25, 2021The package room here is horrible, I’ve never lived anywhere and experienced this. There is an Amazon locker system that isn’t big enough for the building, so there are around 100 packages just left sitting on the floor of the room at any given time. I have spoken to the building several times about this but nothing has changed. I have heard excuses and a plan for more Amazon lockers but they have said this for months. Excuses on why it’s the delivery company who is at fault, but all I ever hear ...is excuses. They are very hands off on their approach with solving the issue when they could implement a system tomorrow to at least help organize packages on shelves, taping on the floor, etc… so at least you don’t have to search through 100 packages disorganized and piled on top of each other. If you don’t get a lot of packages or don’t mind sifting though a pile, other than that it’s an ok building. Pretty quite and fairly new so most things are in good shape.Property Manager Responded
