Currently on my 2nd year at Vestara72. It's quiet and close to everything I need (groceries, work & Chic Fil A). Maintenance is prompt and respectful and management is responsive to any requests/concerns that may arise. Would recommend.

My apartment was clean, and everything was functioning when I moved in. Neighbors aren’t noisy and the community facilities are well kept for. Plus, having my own attached garage is a huge bonus in the Omaha weather.

I love Vestara!! The base rent and package has streamlined my bill paying. The floor plan works really well. The community is diverse and people are friendly. The property manager, office, and maintenance staff are excellent!!! They are very helpful, nice, and professional. Any issues that I have had have been addressed in a timely fashion and resolved to my satisfaction. I feel safe living here. I am happy to finally have found a place that feels like home.

I just moved in about a week ago and I’m already loving my apartment! It’s very spacious, quiet, and truly feels like home. My dog loves having the yard, and the neighbors have been very friendly. Best place to work. Best place to live properties. Beautiful people are amazing. It’s safe. i’m leaving. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. No trash is laying about.The office is always open everybody that works at 72. It’s kind of compassionate and pathetic they carry they’re fun. They are definitely residence driven.
