    A quiet and thoughtful community! We love the pet-friendliness and how spacious the townhomes are! Having an attached garage and our own patio with a small yard is truly awesome amenity that many places don’t offer.

    Great apartment. Wish I moved here sooner. Close to so many stores and convenient to work. I searched for an apartment with an attached garage and found it here. Some say attached but it’s not part of unit. Here I park in my garage and walk into the kitchen!

    Overall, we do love living here. I will say that the construction of the property was done really quickly so the quality of the apartment is just okay. The windows weren't sealed properly so it gets really cold during the winter and you can hear every little sound outside. But overall it is nice to have the garage and the yard attached. Honestly you get what you pay for.

    Don’t get out much around the complex, but it seems well kept, and the facilities are better after the three-month closure of the gym/community center immediately upon first moving in.

    We are so excited to be living at Vestara 72! After several months of searching for the perfect home, we toured the community a couple of times and quickly knew it was the right fit for us. Lynsee is incredibly knowledgeable and truly knows her stuff—she answered every single question with ease (and we had a lot!). We really appreciated how confident, patient, and helpful she was throughout the entire process. The application process was seamless, and both Lynsee and Martha made this such an ...
    easy and stress-free decision for us. We truly look forward to calling Vestara 72 home for the foreseeable future. We also love the amazing move-in offers, the front-door trash service, and the convenience of being able to control our thermostat and keyless entry right from our phones. The variety of townhome layout options is fantastic, and we really enjoyed touring and looking forward to living here!

    Vestara 72 has been a great place to stay. The staff here is friendly and the location is quiet and conveniently located near food and other important shopping centers. I've no issues with neighbors and the pets have been well behaved too.

    Overall, I think it's overpriced for the amenities and events. Their mandatory fee they force us to pay each month over the rent price is crazy and I thought it would atleast mean there were some perks or events but there hasn't been much. Also, lately it's been impossible to talk to anyone in the office. No one returns calls and I don't know if it's a timing issue or what, but we can never catch anyone in the office during their posted hours. The office staff seem nice, but maybe they're just ...
    really disorganized or understaffed? On the plus side, at least we stopped having mice in the vents and the plumbing and fire alarms seem for the most part not to have anymore issues. The apartments do look nice, and the location is amazing, though I wonder what traffic will be like in the future since they're putting in a preschool/daycare right by the entrance to the apartments. Might be a nice option for people with small children though.
