    Vestara 72 has been a great place to stay. The staff here is friendly and the location is quiet and conveniently located near food and other important shopping centers. I've no issues with neighbors and the pets have been well behaved too.

    Overall, I think it's overpriced for the amenities and events. Their mandatory fee they force us to pay each month over the rent price is crazy and I thought it would atleast mean there were some perks or events but there hasn't been much. Also, lately it's been impossible to talk to anyone in the office. No one returns calls and I don't know if it's a timing issue or what, but we can never catch anyone in the office during their posted hours. The office staff seem nice, but maybe they're just ...
    really disorganized or understaffed? On the plus side, at least we stopped having mice in the vents and the plumbing and fire alarms seem for the most part not to have anymore issues. The apartments do look nice, and the location is amazing, though I wonder what traffic will be like in the future since they're putting in a preschool/daycare right by the entrance to the apartments. Might be a nice option for people with small children though.

    I have enjoyed living in the community so far and I like the amenities the apartment and community has to offer. The only thing I can think of is I have been having to ask the staff about my mail since it hasn’t been going to the right mailbox.

    Clean, quiet, and beautiful community. We've loved living here for the last couple years. The band on Memorial Day weekend was awesome and can't wait for the yoga classes. We appreciate everything management and maintenance does. We will be here for a long time!

    We love the location and all of the amenities here!! The apartment is beautiful and stays cool on the hot summer days ?? The pool is refreshing ?? we have met some wonderful neighbors!! It’s a great place to live !!
