June 12, 2025Wonderful location near Shadow Lake. Not as many amenities for the price point. Lawn and dog park could be better kept… Lots of mud and patchy grass. Buildings were not very well made.Property Manager Responded

I like the fenced in yards, gym is underwhelming but meets expectations for an apartment , pool could be fun, I like that the amazon box and mail is outside, good location near hyvee and texas road house.Property Manager Responded
