I just moved in about a week ago and I’m already loving my apartment! It’s very spacious, quiet, and truly feels like home. My dog loves having the yard, and the neighbors have been very friendly. The maintenance team and staff have also been very helpful and responsive. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far! ??

Best place to work. Best place to live properties. Beautiful people are amazing. It’s safe. i’m leaving. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. No trash is laying about.The office is always open everybody that works at 72. It’s kind of compassionate and pathetic they carry they’re fun. They are definitely residence driven.

Great location for work and necessities. It's quiet with a responsive and friendly staff and the complex/apartments are clean/new which provides a good value compared to similarly priced units in the area.

My apartment was very clean upon arrival and in working order. I love how quiet it is here. I have a private fenced yard and garage. Absolutely love it here! Everyone is so helpful.

A quiet and thoughtful community! We love the pet-friendliness and how spacious the townhomes are! Having an attached garage and our own patio with a small yard is truly awesome amenity that many places don’t offer.

Great apartment. Wish I moved here sooner. Close to so many stores and convenient to work. I searched for an apartment with an attached garage and found it here. Some say attached but it’s not part of unit. Here I park in my garage and walk into the kitchen!

Overall, we do love living here. I will say that the construction of the property was done really quickly so the quality of the apartment is just okay. The windows weren't sealed properly so it gets really cold during the winter and you can hear every little sound outside. But overall it is nice to have the garage and the yard attached. Honestly you get what you pay for.

Don’t get out much around the complex, but it seems well kept, and the facilities are better after the three-month closure of the gym/community center immediately upon first moving in.
