The new Managers are awesome.
May 1, 2025I found these apartments here on apartments.com. They are wonderful! The new staff that own the apartments are amazing as well. The area is wonderful too! Right next to a Church and a collage it feels like im in a village in Nashville TN. Like a small town feel. The apartment is a little older but, coming from a "New" apartment complex in Antioch this was a massive change The fixtures and appliances don't feel cheap. One note though if you want internet go for comcast business. Dont use the ...residential stuff as they limit data usages on the resident side. Almost passed this place up because of that until I found out about it. You dont need a business to get it. They are currently redoing the pool and its is looking really nice.Property Manager Responded

Unclean/terrible staff
May 31, 2023We are forced to have a trash valet that is very unreliable to say the least, trash is not picked up and left outside for days. The exterior halls to apartments are stained and dirty w spills. Multiple unanswered emails and requests for help and resolutions to these problems. Unsafe Place to Live
August 1, 2021Metropolitan is a very unsafe place to live. They have a real security problem. Cars are being broken into and the latest incident is all the Jeeps with soft tops had their tops slashed. It is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.Review from Apartments.com
Poor communication and slow maintenance
July 31, 2021I have lived here for 2.5 years. Since I came, we have had somewhere between five and ten maintenance workers (I lost count). They are clearly underpaid and overworked. Subsequently, maintenance requests have gotten worse and worse at actually being addressed. You can expect to wait months for anything that isn't an emergency. If you contact the office, don't expect a quick reply and once you get one - it will just be filled with excuses for why they can't get stuff done. The positives: location ...is perfect (for me), the landscaping and trees provides more shade and greenery than a lot of complexes, lots of parking (though its first come, first serve), recycling option, very pet friendly, the neighbors have a really friendly community Cons: poor communication with office (they will have excellent communication when they are getting you to sign up to live here), rent is raised every year, incredibly slow maintenance work - including poor care of the pool (it turned bright green over memorial day weekend), issues with theft in the parking lots and cars being broken into as well as from their unsecured outgoing mailbox (the office, when told, said to "be aware of your surroundings" and did not increase security in anyway)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Close to everything you could need and feels very safe. - The price is good for the area - Lots of open parking The negatives: - Everything in the apartment is either old and falling apart or new but tossed together so quickly it is also falling apart - They didn't let my roommate and I tour an apartment or see ours before moving in-the photos online seem to be larger and more updated. Great Location, Beautiful Surroundings

Love it here
February 16, 2018My favorite thing about my current apartment is how beautiful the property is. My balcony overlooks many trees, making my home feel more private and comfortable. I think the rent is very reasonable for the home I have. My second favorite thing is the location. The metropolitan is right in the middle of everything, I can be anywhere I want to go in 10-15 mins or less. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!Property Manager Responded

Best Location and Quiet Living
February 16, 2018I have loved living at the Metropolitan - It is a very quiet community, yet minutes away from the night life. Living at the Met
July 20, 2015I have lived in this apartment complex for three years. It's in a great location, and within walking distance of a hospital. Perfect for expecting mothers. I rarely see my neighbors, so no one comes around asking for a cup of sugar. There is plenty of places for dogs to do their business, which attracts squirrels. And who doesn't love a hoard of squirrels! Our car parks collapsed this winter, but now there's an insane amount of free parking! The rent is on the higher side, bit the location is ...worth it.
