    Absolutely terrible move-in experience at Via6. The unit was filthy upon arrival, and despite multiple emails and four in-person visits, management has done nothing to resolve the issues. I can’t even submit maintenance requests because the resident portal doesn’t work, and no one has bothered to fix it. On top of that, I haven’t received any emails from the property, I don’t even know how to pay rent, and I still don’t have my mailbox code, meaning I can’t get my packages. The lack of ...

    Overall, my move-in experience has been somewhat average. The apartment was not entirely move-in ready when handed over to me, with a few concerns that were not addressed immediately. Due to a staffing shortage, it took five days for the work orders to be completed. Additionally, a basic yet essential amenity like the elevator is not functioning properly—one is out of service, and the other two often take more than five minutes to arrive, causing occasional inconvenience.

    It's an amazing apartment building. Its location is very convenient, close to everything, it's in downtown. You don't need any transportation if you live in downtown and close to your job. The team is very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone!

    Elevators constantly broken, trash chutes often broken, maintenance requests are often slowly fulfilled, Victor tavern taking community space away, broken grills, broken / removed TVs, etc. Longtime resident growing frustrated.

    Great location, decent living spaces, friendly concierge staff (shoutout to Isa and AJ!)--amenities come up a little short: small weight room / workout room (would be great if they were connected), and with the construction, losing the movie room was unfortunate. 7th floor terrace is great to relax. Maintenance requests may never get addressed unless you hunt down concierge / management, and price jump into second year leasing options can be shocking.
