Before we moved in, they mentioned how they spent time remodeling the place but we had numerous issues for the first month: the heater not working, the bathtub knobs not installed correctly, the towel bar in the bathroom not installed properly (putting a towel on it immediately broke the bar off the wall). It's mostly families living here so you'll hear kids screaming and running around constantly, especially if you live downstairs or your unit is near the pools. There's gates and locked doors ...

around the complex but most of the doors are rigged to open without the key, some of them even have the door knob missing. It's nice that you get a garage + remote, but half the time, the door will get stuck and refuse to close/open. The complex itself is also very dirty, and there's lots of trash on the walkways and trash flowing out the. If you live in a downstairs unit next to a high traffic area like the pools, trash will inevitably get tossed into your patio.

I recently went in to apply for a 2br apartment And the assistant Priscilla at the front office was extremely helpful she went above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations. She helped me with all the requirements and paperwork. Great place just minutes from the beach 2 pools and a gym, you can’t go wrong with that.

I applied for a room here and was met with kindness and professionalism. Valerie was very accomodating over the phone and Marian gave an informative tour. You can tell the management staff takes pride in the establishment. Relatively spacious rooms considering the rent being charged. I did not end up moving here for personal reasons, but I would recommend this complex to others.

Came in for a tour. Melisanda and Nirosha answered all of my questions. They explained that the property is in the process of getting renovated and you can really see the progress! I'm excited to see what they accomplish with this place. The property is so quiet, beautiful and within walking distance of the beach. Absolutely loved it!!

Bad part of town lots of crime no pride in complex. Car parking terrible . A little noise around the apartment to it so 11 miles from work too much gas probably try there. New flooring new paint new carpet . But we have a real roach problem and some apartments adjacent to us are empty making the roach problem not able to get rid of.

This place has to be by far the worst place I've ever lived in my entire life. management seems to have no control over anything and don't seem to really care. parking is a major issue people either park in your spot or don't know how to park at all. People leave trash all over the place other than the intended place for it. The laundry facility is always a mess with people removing your clothes from the machines before time is expired on the machine. If you're big on personal safety this isn't ...

the place for you because since I've been here there has been murders and crime around the surrounding area it is unsafe not clean and the people here are like animals and don't have any respect for themselves or others I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy so if you think about it do not move here avoid it
