Not a good place
March 19, 2025Our back patio is unsafe for my kids due to debris constantly falling from above, including broken glass (as shown in the attached photo). I also have persistent mildew issues—though I’ve been told it’s “not mold”—despite it appearing in multiple windows. It even looks like it has been previously painted over rather than properly addressed. Maintenance claims my diffuser is the cause, yet the issue exists in every window. Additionally, our building has a “porch dog” that is always outside ...barking, and a foul odor is coming from that area. I have been overcharged multiple times and had to fight to get my money back. This entire experience has been a disaster. My dishwasher was replaced with one that has a strange odor and visible rust. My kids' rooms are unbearably cold due to a complete lack of insulation in the apartment. I would not recommend living here.Property Manager Responded
