August 15, 2024I've really enjoyed my time here after almost a year. It's safe, clean, friendly and there's lighting around. The management team is very responsive and there were no maintenance needs so far which was great. Everything has worked very smoothly and the place is nice and updated. August 15, 2024Community is well managed and clean and the amenities are very nice. There are some issues with leaks because of how the property was built, but maintenance is very responsive and handles all issues quickly. The maintenance team in general has been great and I can't say enough positive things about them. The apartment could use more soundproofing and the doors are heavy and slam easily because of the wind in the hallways. As with any apartment that uses the service - Valet trash sucks and is ...extremely unreliable. Total waste of money but you can't opt out. In general though I've enjoyed living here and would recommend the apartment.Property Manager Responded
