September 10, 2025On my second year here and for the most part it's been great. Lately residents and their guest have showcased a lack of respect for the community and it's tenants. From trash being left in the hallway on non-pickup days to trash in the parking garage to loud pool parties with amplifiers and microphones. I really like my unit and the proximity to town. I do not like large dogs in the halls off leash, smokers on the patios in a NON smoking community and ANTS! We've seen several this year even with ...the ant baits. They're even at the pool area. The Apartment Life Coordinator is great and has cultivate some really cool events. Slightly disappointed that restaurants didn't move in like we expected. This is also located in the heart of midtown, so there are plenty of local stores to shop and eat! Let's not forget about the beltline that is also right outside of this complex!! March 16, 2025I moved in February and things have been going well so far. It is close to everything in the city and I feel safe here. My unit is pretty sound proof so far, my neighbor has a dog and I cannot hear it once I close my door.Property Manager Responded
