December 22, 2025Okay property to live if the traffic will not bother you. Just like any building you must enter to access your apartment, from time-to-time there will be smells of weed and loud noises. Don't trust the men here, women are in and out their apartments all night. Many arguments throughout the night from multiple apartments.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025On my second year here and for the most part it's been great. Lately residents and their guest have showcased a lack of respect for the community and it's tenants. From trash being left in the hallway on non-pickup days to trash in the parking garage to loud pool parties with amplifiers and microphones. I really like my unit and the proximity to town. I do not like large dogs in the halls off leash, smokers on the patios in a NON smoking community and ANTS! We've seen several this year even with ...the ant baits. They're even at the pool area. The Apartment Life Coordinator is great and has cultivate some really cool events. Slightly disappointed that restaurants didn't move in like we expected.
