Edith was great! The tour she gave me really helped me see the apartment, unit, and amenities. The units themselves are all renovated and look great, though I will note that there are no proper bathtubs- it's a walk-in shower situation instead. I had no problem with that but some people may want to know this beforehand.
The amenities are well-kept, though some of it was under construction when I visited so there will certainly be even more to offer. The location is the main draw though- walking ...
trails guide you straight to the Epic area and encircle the property so you can safely walk as you want. This is, in summary, a very safe apartment complex with good amenities and great office staff, especially Edith.

Edith has made major improvements since becoming the community manager. She’s very efficient in organizing events like potlucks, Tuesday morning mingles, arts & crafts, and other fun activities, giving the residents a chance to meet ...

Property is lovely and well maintained. The Activities Director and maintenance staff are wonderful (all 3 have worked here for several years and continued when property was sold). New owners, however, made a lot of promises (such as the "coming soon" amenities that are listed) that have no planned start dates. apt community team makes genuine effort to provide enjoyable varied weekly
activities including meal get togethers, holiday celebrations, wine down hours,
gourmet coffee, breakfast, craft activities, games, and other gatherings.
Social Hour for the residents provides great way to meet the other residents, make long term friends, and enjoy your summer, fall, and spring seasons.
We visited other facilities, and Attiva offered more activities than other
comparable apartment complexes in similar ...

I loved my home before but now it’s amazing awesome proud for people to come and visit!!! I love how Jamae treats me.. I don’t have family 1 daughter and Thanks to Jamae I don’t feel so alone. The lites handles backsplash great! The bathroom so nice. Medicine cabinet shelf so useable now!! Mirror great! Handles so easy. Counter top and faucet love it! I can’t say enough about updates!!
