Edith has gone above and beyond to ensure the residents have a safe, clean, and comfortable community to call home. The grounds and common areas are always well-maintained and tidy. Edith has made major improvements since becoming the community manager. She’s very efficient in organizing events like potlucks, Tuesday morning mingles, arts & crafts, and other fun activities, giving the residents a chance to meet ...their neighbors. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, I get prompt responses from Wanda or Miguel, who quickly and thoroughly make sure I have a great living environment—whether it’s changing a light bulb, servicing plumbing or electrical systems. They are always on top of things. The community offers comfort for professionals who prefer a quiet setting and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities. New Owners are unreliable (note most recent review in 2022)
January 8, 2024Property is lovely and well maintained. The Activities Director and maintenance staff are wonderful (all 3 have worked here for several years and continued when property was sold). New owners, however, made a lot of promises (such as the "coming soon" amenities that are listed) that have no planned start dates. Of the few projects (not listed) that have been started, not one has been completed. In the year since purchase, there has been several property managers come and go.
