All the management team in the office is terrible. Very unprofessional and passive agressive when tenants complain. The manager Erin sits in the office with the door closed all day, very hard to communicate with her, when you do she acts like she cares but doesn't. she says she'll fix it, then just ignores the issue all together. The other assistant Peggy very UNPROFESSIONAL. Sits in her office all day with the door closed, Only nice to people applying for an apartment unit, she's the worse
...I've seen working at vicino. Maintenance needs help, not many of them anymore so the ones working are over worked because when they hire new workers they don't know the job making it frustrating for the ones that do know the job. This could be an awesome place to live, but they need a good crew office workers that care about Vicino and its tenants. The leasing agents are guard dogs for Erin and Peggy, they never let you asked them a question. They shew you away politely, but still won't allow you to knock on Erin or Peggy's door. Very sad here I love Vicino, however changes need to be made asap!
