Warning for future residents
March 2, 2025A Warning to Future Residents I never imagined that leaving this apartment complex would turn into such a distressing and unfair experience. While I was fully aware that breaking my lease due to a severe medical condition would result in losing my $5,100 deposit, I was reassured that this amount would cover any related charges. However, that turned out to be completely false. Instead, not only was my entire deposit withheld, but I was also unexpectedly charged an additional $5,302—a claim I ...find fraudulent and deeply concerning. This is despite having provided a letter from a medical specialist stating that I urgently needed to relocate for critical health reasons. Rather than handling this situation with professionalism and basic human decency, the management has resorted to harassment and threats, demanding payment within seven days or they will damage my credit. As a disabled individual fighting for my health while already struggling financially, this situation is beyond distressing. It is devastating to realize that a place where I once felt secure could turn against me in such an unethical way. It is clear that once you are no longer a resident, the treatment you receive is entirely different. Future tenants, beware. The management lacks integrity and compassion, and their promises mean nothing. If they can do this to someone in my position, they can do it to anyone. I urge anyone considering moving here to proceed with extreme caution—because once you leave, you may find yourself facing not just an unfair financial burden but also relentless harassment demanding a high amount.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Welcoming, homey Neighborhood
June 29, 2022we started living here a couple months ago and it’s just been so wonderful, when getting the apartment jenny helped us through everything, made the process super easy, there’s always food trucks in the Neighborhood which is so convenient and nice, they also hosted there own pizza party, all of the office representatives are amazing! Was not pleased
October 21, 2021Management does not do diligence of policing amenities as they should. Gate is often broken and just left wide open. When you leave, they will make up reasons to keep your deposit, legitimate or not. Try your options of another apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

Regarding the gates, we strive to fix them urgently any time there is an issue. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our vendors. Great Complex, Would Recommend
September 12, 2020I have been at Victoria Park for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here! The office staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive and maintenance requests have been processed and attended to quickly. The location is close to all major Orlando destinations while being removed enough to feel out of the “bubble” when you’re home. Would definitely recommend!Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2020have lived at VP for just under two years now and I have been nothing but impressed, the staff truly love and value not only their jobs but also the apartments itself and the residents. All of the office staff and maintenance personnel are spectacular but a special shout out to Priscilla for always being a phone call away with answers and solutions to anything and everything I may need. Work orders get resolved Extremely fast and Maintenance doesn’t just awkwardly enter your apartment to fix ...something and leave with out a goodbye, they knock and have great personal small talk, some will even play with the dogs, they are great here. I truly recommend. The amenities speak for them self with there beauty but I wanted to hop on and speak for the staff.Property Manager Responded

Victoria Park is THE place to be
August 12, 2020The units are very nice and spacious. Landscaping is regularly maintained. Always have a place to park (pre-pandemic and during it). Maintenance takes care of our requests with haste. Shout to Alex S. She's the real MVP! Alex has provided top-notch communication to us from way back when we signed our lease and now during the height of the pandemic. Her and the other ladies in the office redefine what it means to be a great apartment rental team and raise the bar significantly. P.S. Amazing Apartment Complex!
August 2, 2020Alex is amazing! She has made us feel valued as residents at VP. Since we signed our lease until now, Alex has always been readily available to assist with any question or concerns. I feel like we almost have our own personal leasing agent, and that has made our experience that much smoother and convenient. The apartment itself is also very spacious, and for the price, our amenities are incredibly worthy. The only downside is the traffic that accumulates outside of the complex because it's a ...single-lane road, and there's a traffic light just outside of the complex that can be a little inconvenient.
