I've heard complaints but they are minor complaints...trivial. The management is fantastic. Tracy and Lynn will bend over backwards to see that you your needs are taken care of in a timely fashion. Office staff seems to take our concerns and requests seriously and goes to lengths to accommodate residents. Except for weekends.
