Greatly improved
May 3, 2023I have lived here for several years. After the hurricane and the big freeze there were lots of problems, but, things have improved a lot. The maintenance crew we have now is good and responds quickly. I have no pest problems. My current neighbors are quiet and friendly when we see each other. The ladies in the office are GREAT! Esspecially Ashley! I would have given it 5 stars, but the property is aging and starting to show it. Work from home?
August 2, 2022I highly recommend getting a seperate internet package vs using their Gigafy internet. I've had constant outages during all hours of the day, internet maintenance is performed during common work hours 8am-5pm, and the Gigafy support is useless. Upon switching ISPs, my internet from Gigafy was cut that day leaving me with no internet till the new one is setup a week out. Guess I have use the rest of my mobile hotspot data 3 days into the month leaving me with no phone data for the following 27 ...days.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
TERRIBLE
May 13, 2022The water is off every week, there’s rats and roaches (which they don’t care about) there’s cracks everywhere which is letting bugs in, maintenance comes never fix the problem, so you have to pay out of pocket and do it yourself. Busted pipes, flooded bathroom
August 26, 2020My ceiling leaked water for three months in the bathroom before the apartment repaired the damage to the dry wall. The leak had to be “fixed” multiple times. By the time they came to repair the damage I had already packed all my things and was in the process of moving out. The water ruined tons of my personal property. Blue tooth speakers, hair tools. Not to mention cleaning up water every day. The management team refused to allow me to terminate my lease and sent me a bill for $4,000. I had to ...hire an attorney. The floors had what looked like mold under them and when I requested someone to come look at it they sent the maintenance guy who told me himself that he was not qualified to tell me weather it was mold or not. He also told me that pipes busting in this apartment building was a common occurrence. Also when I told the management I would not be leaving w good review upon moving out she called me “petty”. She later knocked on my door to apologize but it was very unprofessional and I wouldn’t suggest living here to anyone. Also the train across the street is very loud and comes by all hours of the night.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
January 30, 2019Totally infested with roaches since before I moved in, and foggers, sprays, nothing removes them. They sent a pest control guy once and he just fumbled around with some long stick applicator only hitting a few spots on the kitchen floor then he dipped. Last night a property manager came to my apartment to yell at me while I had a visitor here with me. Never been more embarrassed. Apparently their maintenance man has been spying on me and thinks my girlfriend is visiting me too much? Totally ...unprofessional as a manager. Also this place got millions of dollars in a grant, but we still don't have enough parking for everyone, the front gate has been broken more than a year, and they build a dog park while having absolutely nothing for kids, and oh yeah they eliminated about 10 parking spaces with building that waste of space. When i first moved in a maintenance man sent something flying through my patio glass door and completely shattered it. I had to find out the hard way that they didnt clean up the glass properly when doing the repair, because I got glass in my foot and kids feet. July 25, 2018The staff at Victoria Station is very professional. At the same time very down to earth. Any problem I ever had was taken care of in a timely fashion. I would recommend this Apartment Complex to friend or any family member. The grounds are taken care of efficiently. I feel safe and it's quite and have lived here for 4- years in the 12 building.
