Looking for great place to live?
May 16, 2025Well you found it!!! Since my husband and I moved here, February 14 we love it!!!! We are very happy here. Maintenance is awesome. Every time we need something they take care of it relatively quick and when I mean quick, I mean within 24-48 hours. The office staff is amazing whenever you have an issue or questions. They’re right there to answer them for you, Linda, John and Vivi are awesome!!!Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2022I have lived here for 25 years and have gone through several changes in owners and management. I have always been pleased with the staff, therefore the reason I have stayed so long.My biggest complaint is that the monthly prices keeps getting higher and higher, therefore I am not sure how much longer I will be able to stay. It does concern me that the owners are not willing to work with those of us that have been here for a long time and always pay on time and do not cause any problems. People ...leave all the time and leave their belongings behind just to get out under the cover of night. I am here to stay as long as I can, but I can see an end coming soon.Property Manager Responded

May 13, 2022Victoria at Orange Park is a hidden gem. It's on a busy section of Wells but that doesn't extend into the community. It's pretty quiet and well taken care of. The staff is lovely. The amenities are very nice as well. I love that there's a dog park, gym, and pool. I hope I'm able to renew my lease here because it's been amazing so far.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2022I think we're all lucky to have the team of office management and maintenance here at Victoria @ Orange Park. They have done a great job at making the experience here as pleasant as possible. Having been in this line of work for many years before retiring, I can appreciate their efforts and hard work into making everyone as happy as possible. My only issue has been the sky rocketing rent increases which is not the fault of property management. So, I'm taking this opportunity in addressing the ...high prices of rent here to the corporate sector of Grey Star to please keep your rent hikes down and reasonable so people like myself can continue to live here and not be priced out of a home that I've made for myself for the past 7yrs. December 14, 2021This is a safe well-kept place. I have lived here for a little more than five years. It has changed management almost yearly with no notice to tenants, added services that tenants pay for without being given notice or choices.
