May 7, 2025I’ve lived in this complex for nearly four years, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The community is peaceful, clean, and quiet—I’ve never had an issue with neighbors. What really makes this place stand out is the management. Having an on-site team means there’s always someone available when you need help. September 21, 2024My review of the Victorian Apartments in Victorville, CA., has been overdue. I wanted to wait until I lived here long enough to give an honest review. Just a bit of my background so you can get a sense of what my standards are. I have worked in the real estate management industry for over 10 years. I managed many apartment complexes in both Ventura County and Los Angeles County. So, my standards for an apartment complex are pretty high. I moved to Victorville, CA., to give myself a break from ...the busy city life and the stressors of the real estate management industry. When looking for a place to live, I chose the Victorian Apartments because of the great reviews of people I knew who were already living here. I have now been residing here for 2.5+ years; time does fly. If it weren’t for the fantastic team here at the Victorian Apartments, I would have probably moved out of Victorville, CA., by now. Kelley, the property manager, and Julio, the maintenance supervisor, make these apartments run smoothly. Kelley is always on top of every issue in the apartment complex; trust me, I have been a tenant that has demanded excellence, and Kelley has always delivered. Her attention to detail and dedication to enforcing the lease rules on every single tenant equally, in a kind and respectable manner, is why I continue to live here. The Victorian Apartments, by far, is the best apartment complex in Victorville, CA., all because of Kelley. rude management
June 8, 2022I am upset with how rude the management is. Kelly Kept telling me that I should get my money back in the bank in 5-7 business days it’s been 3 months I haven’t seen my money hit the bank. Every 7th business day I call and I keep getting the runaround that I should get the money back in 5-7 business days. This place is a joke.Review from Apartments.com
