Amazing Apartments And Staff
April 12, 2024I have previously worked in the industry and will admit that Elmonica Station is one of the best. I have lived for 3 years now. The leasing office always handles your requests in a timely manner. Michelle is a rockstar and I swear she knows all the tenants names. The maintenance staff is also very quick to handle any maintenance requests you have. Every morning you will see them cleaning up the property and saying hi to the residents. Wonderful staff, great location
June 21, 2023My husband and I lived here previously before moving out of state, and came back years later! Everyone who works at Victory Flats has been so friendly and helpful. It’s also in a great location, so that you can easily get around on foot to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

Amazing,Safe, Good Service
December 17, 2022Loved this place. The property management was so nice. I wish it was cheaper to live there. Maintenance was so nice. The only thing is that if you forget to pick up your package in time before the office closes was a pain sometimes but manageable.Property Manager Responded
