Poorly managed

To begin with, this apartment complex was incredibly frustrating. When we first moved in, the air conditioning constantly malfunctioned. It took multiple maintenance requests, and the problems were never properly fixed, just temporary patches that failed over and over again. The issue was finally resolved after over a month when they brought in a new maintenance person. On top of that, management was extremely subpar. The leasing staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like you were a burden ...

We really enjoy living at Victory North! The property is beautiful and always clean. The maintenance staff is great, especially Charles! They always respond to maintenance requests right away. I’m SOO happy Camiece is now the new management! I can already see improvements. Definitely one of the best decisions CAF made by making her management.

Amazing Place to live

I've lived at Victory north for the last 5 years and me and my son LOVE IT! We love the dog park for our fur baby and summer time for the pool is his favorite! It's very pet friendly and I have always felt very safe there. I love to call this my place and will be very sad the day we leave. Just no.

If you want a clean, professional, and safe living environment GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. When we first moved in the staff was nice and responsive. Now they are under new management and they don't care about their residents at all. The front gate is broken all the time, there is literal dog crap everywhere, my neighbor smokes pot and listens to loud music at 1 in the morning and when you call the "courtesy officer" they never pick up even though they are supposed to be 24 hours. The visitor parking lot ...
is outside of the gate and if it even sprinkles rain it gets completely flooded. Then when your guest who hasn't even been there for 12 hours parks inside the gate because why would you want your car to flood, they tow it. My mom went to the front office to find out where they had towed her car and THE MANAGER TOLD HER TO LEAVE HER OFFICE OR SHE WAS GOING TO CALL THE COPS ON HER. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! If you can't handle people coming to you upset then don't be a manager! On top of everything else the outside lights in the corridors and in front of the doors are always out. I called to ask if they could change our lights so that it was safe at night and they told me "oh they automatically come on when it gets dark".... obviously not if I need my phone flashlight to unlock my door. Do yourself a favor and don't live here. It may look pretty on the outside (if you can get past the dying landscape and dog crap smeared on the concreate), but it's cheaply made, the staff is in a constant state of turn over and I pray the manager is next because she is worthless.

Horrible Management

As a professional, I wouldn’t live here. I rented out their premium garage spaces only to be have it given away not once but twice (imagine not being able to park on a Saturday night and finding someone else’s stuff in your garage). I vented my frustration multiple times only to be told that if I continued my tone of conversation that a courtesy office would be sent to intervene. Management has no clue on how to resolve a complaint. Did not apologize nor empathize but simply blew away the ...
situation as a minor inconvenience. Poor communication amongst the staff as well. Was told that I never provided a forwarding address even though information was provided by email days prior. A headache when dealing with their office staff. They need more training on how to deal with complaints. If you are looking for luxury apartment living there are other places that are better managed. Additionally the complex does little to enforce their tenants to clean up after their pets so it gets to be pretty unsightly around the grounds

If you like driving around searching for a parking spot, and seeing tow truck drivers parked in the parking lot ready to tow this is the place for you! The staff here are unqualified and lack basic customer service skills! Great place to live until you want to leave

I lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years and never have been so badly treated while putting in my notice. I need to relocate since I’m moving in with my fiancé and we have to save for our wedding. Originally they promised me that they would try to lease the last few months rent to someone else. The day that I was turning in my notice they placed a letter on my door notifying me that I would have to pay a $350 pet fee for an animal they said they didn’t know I had. When I went to ...
the office I had to pull up an email from March 2017 to prove I’d sent them my pets information and vet records. They told me that they weren’t told by the previous managers who had a pet so they just played it safe and left the letter to charge me $350! Then to top it off they changed their minds on letting me out of the lease and I’ll have to either pay out my lease or give them $2,500 to leave early. Great place to live until you want to leave.

If you like 3 text messages a day saying what residents are doing wrong or what is changing, this if the apartment for you! Stay away!
July 9, 2018
A lot of maintenance issues! in particular with electricity. The electrical wiring is problematic and the lights tend to flicker. The janitor does not answer the phone after hours as in my last apartment complex. There is not enough parking. Some younger resident party outside at night. The management is very rude, we got an eviction notice for not paying a utility bill of 20$ two days after the bill was issued!
