July 3, 2019My name is Mamie W.and I have been a resident at Victory Square Apartments for two years. The community staff, Ray and Esterlita are great. They are professional , knowledgeable ,helpful & kind. The maintenance staff will fix any problem you might have .The grounds are kept up and beautiful.
