  • Great Place to Live! Clean, Safe, and Well Run.

    Going on two years at VIDA and still very happy. The property is always clean and well-maintained. I’ve had no issues with my unit. The location is excellent. Office staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. Maintenance is responsive and does quality work. The pool and gym are clean and a great perk. Highly recommend.

The unit is beautiful, the neighborhood feels quiet and comfortable, and the amenities are a big plus.     Kaitlyn R helped us through every step of the process of our move-in here and it was seamless. She removed obstacles from us before we even knew they were there. Everything was quick and painless. The apartment was beautifully cleaned and setting up amenities/internet was quick. Best apartment support we’ve ever had!

    We have been very pleased with this apartment it has all the amenities.and reasonable price. Quick maintenance turnaround times. Major plus is it's in Daybreak Downtown area close to transportation
