The location is literally 5 minutes from most stores, coffee shops and downtown. It is a quiet neighborhood and feels very safe since it is kept lit up throughout the night. The layouts are all unique and very functional! I would highly recommend living here if you want a high quality of life and definitely worth for what you are paying for.
