i’ll mention SOME of the problems that we’ve been living with for the past year. from what i’ve heard and seen myself, roaches, floods, broken air conditioning and toxic black mold is a huge problem here. mold is painted over very often.
they never fixed all of our issues. a majority of the work orders we put in here says completed right away and is gone when they didn’t come fix it.
my family and i have been severely sick from the mold for over a year. we saw water leaks and floods a week ...
after moving in. black mold in our carpets, up the walls, and in the ceiling which is causing it to flake off. they’ve never fully fixed it. just have took away some sheet rock (still an unfinished wall around ac) and later on sprayed some of it with bleach.
they also do not believe in a peaceful atmosphere. we have been dealing with extremely loud people above us 24/7 with way over the legal limit of people living there. we have tried countless times to get help.
overpriced and not worth the time or stress.
