February 4, 2024i’ll mention SOME of the problems that we’ve been living with for the past year. from what i’ve heard and seen myself, roaches, floods, broken air conditioning and toxic black mold is a huge problem here. mold is painted over very often. they never fixed all of our issues. a majority of the work orders we put in here says completed right away and is gone when they didn’t come fix it. my family and i have been severely sick from the mold for over a year. we saw water leaks and floods a week ...after moving in. black mold in our carpets, up the walls, and in the ceiling which is causing it to flake off. they’ve never fully fixed it. just have took away some sheet rock (still an unfinished wall around ac) and later on sprayed some of it with bleach. they also do not believe in a peaceful atmosphere. we have been dealing with extremely loud people above us 24/7 with way over the legal limit of people living there. we have tried countless times to get help. overpriced and not worth the time or stress.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 22, 2021Don’t waste your time moving here. We have had multiple issues with some tenants that stay above us and they refuse to get anything resolved. They do not believe in a quiet peaceful atmosphere here. It’s not worth the money or the frustration.Review from Apartments.com
Heat Issue
January 11, 2021I've been in my new unit for 2months now my old unit flooded. It started out with AC issues and now heating issues. I have yet to get my heat fixed and I'm always getting some excuse when I call or go to the office to find out what is going on,I asked who was going to do the job and they told me the business's name turns out when I called the business they didn't even have a service request from the leasing office. I love the area where I'm located but my kids and myself need a working ac/heating ...unit.Property Manager Responded
